This was a common problem in the past, and still is, but to a lesser extent. There are a couple of ways to fix it, one of which might help you:

1.) Try a different browser. It could be that, for whatever reason, your browser is having difficulty loading that portion of the page.

2.) Clear your cache. The cache stores old versions of webpages so that they don't have to be downloaded every time they are accessed, in order to speed up your browsing experience. Sometimes the cache stores incorrect data, and pages don't load properly. We have a tutorial that explains how to clear your cache here.

3.) Contact WeeWorld. Sometimes it's a problem on WeeWorld's end, in which case, they're the only ones that can fix it. You can contact them at crm@weeworld.com and explain the situation to them. They usually respond within 3-7 days.
